The purpose is to promote a shared understanding of the different principles that inform this curriculum and provide tools for applying these principles into the work we do to support others.


The four quadrants of change provides a framework for the factors at the individual and organizational level that support and sustain a trauma-informed system. We can use this tool to note ways that we can influence our own individual and organizational practices and the systems we are part of.
